Project 01
In and Out Book
For this project, I had to create a book forecasting what trends would be out and what trends would be in. It features trends I believe will be popular for the upcoming fall/winter 2021 season. Along with color schemes that will make appearances in these trends. This book was created using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
Project 02
Fashion Forecast
For this project, I had to forecast a trend that I believe will be popular this upcoming season. I had to come up with a theme and story. Along with the color scheme, apparel looks, and non-apparel looks that would be popular in this trend. Lastly, I had to make predictions for this trend in the future. This was created using Adobe Illustrator.
Project 03
Brief History of Contemporary Fashion
For this project, I had to pick a decade, then create a board that reflects the fashion of the times and the spirit of the times. Using both, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, I created a collage that reflects the fashion that appeared throughout the decade. Along with some mood images that help reflect the spirit of the times.
Project 04
Girlfriend Collective Magazine
Using Adobe InDesign, I had to create a magazine for an assigned sustainable company. I ended up with Girlfriend Collective. When creating this magazine I had to be sure I was following the company's brand as close as possible. I also had to create an event that the brand could possibly have in the future.
Project 05
Personal Brand Guide
For this project, I had to create a personal brand guide that could be presented to potential employers in the future. I had to create a logo with a color scheme and a set of fonts that was consistent with the rest of the branding. Along with that, I created icons for email, phone, and various social media. This was all created using Adobe Illustrator.
Project 06
Personal Brand Board
For this project using Adobe Photoshop, I had to create a visual resume that represents who I am, while still maintaining a professional presence. I included two photos of myself, along with flat lays of outfits that I would style. In the flat lays, I styled two different types of outfits to really show my range of style. I also added the Maimi skyline in the background because I would love to end up living there one day.
Project 07
Social Media Brand Board
For this project, I was acting as a social media coordinator for a brand, which I choose Brandy Melville. I created three different social media posts using Adobe Photoshop, based on current trends put out by the brand. I then compiled a board to represent the brand as a whole.
Project 08
Supreme Lookbook
For this project, I had to choose a brand and create a ten-page lookbook using Adobe photoshop. I picked Supreme and the Spring/Summer 2020 collection to showcase the skills I have learned in class. I was really inspired by the Supreme and Oreo collaboration, which can be seen on the back cover.
